Boston inked England international Alex Scott yesterday. Scott is Boston's second foreign signing, joining Canadian Christine Latham. The league schedule will be announced tomorrow, Steven Goff reports. Goff also reports that D.C. United and the Freedom will play at least one doubleheader at RFK Stadium.
